Guests will have private, seamless access to the entire townhome via a keyless lock. Your stay includes full, unrestricted access to all the incredible amenities within the Gulf Highlands resort community, including the private beach club, all 11 pools, sports courts, and more. For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property. A signed rental agreement and a valid government issued ID is required within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. A $200 refundable damage deposit hold will be placed on a credit card prior to arrival and released after a satisfactory post-stay inspection. Detailed check-in instructions, including the property address and your unique keyless entry code, will be emailed to you approximately 10 days before your arrival.

About the Owner
Our journey to the Florida Panhandle began in 2018 when our son was stationed here. I (Sheila) had the privilege of driving across the country with his family as they relocated from his California post, and I immediately fell in love with this stunning area. I kept coming back year after year, always drawn to the beauty of the Gulf Coast. In the summer of 2022, when we learned that our son and his family were moving to a new post, we decided it was time to make this paradise our own. After some searching, we found the perfect spot in December of 2024—our very own White Sandy Beach Retreat was born!Amenities
